Our current crafting timeline for custom pieces usually spans 6 to 8 weeks, guaranteeing each piece is created with oodles of care and attention to detail. Depending on the gemstone's availability, we might whip things up in just 4 weeks! Though, hunting down specific stones could lengthen the process.

This enables us to nail it and ensure your event is top-notch! Preparing ahead of time also allows us to be ready for any surprises that pop up along the way, making sure everything is just right for your special occasion.

Right now we're not keen on taking customers' stones or gold for designs. Who knows, maybe we'll change our tune down the road!

To initiate the creation of your custom piece we request a non-refundable deposit of $300. This deposit will be applied to your final quote. The setting will be invoiced separately once we have rendered your design in CAD. Full payment is required before moving your project into production. If you already know the design you want, we can provide a listing for you to purchase in full upfront. This full upfront price includes the non-refundable deposit, which will not be refunded should you cancel the order before we start casting. Custom orders are non returnable. If you decide to cancel the order after casting has ensued, based on the price of your project, extra fees will be added to the non refundable deposit.

• Gemstone Sourcing: We require full payment on any stones that have been sourced for you as soon as a decision has been made.
• Diamond Sourcing: We require full payment upfront for all center stone diamonds, as we do not keep diamonds on hand. We will order your stone as soon as it has been paid for, in full.

This process includes two CAD modifications after the initial design, guaranteeing careful attention to detail. Please be aware that extra CAD modifications or special requests for stone sourcing may result in additional charges.

My custom projects are multiplying like rabbits! To keep up and give each one the love it needs, I'm tweaking the minimum price.

All Bieta pieces are covered under a limited lifetime guarantee against any workmanship or manufacturer defect. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or theft.

We will cover the loss of the first melee (small) stone under 0.05ct or any stone up to 1.5mm in length, within the first year of purchase. Please note thatcenter stones are not covered under warranty, so we encourage you to insure your jewelry under homeowners, renters, or an independent insurance company immediately upon receipt of your piece.

We fix up all Bieta jewelry that's seen some action. We get to decide what's normal wear and tear. Any unauthorized tinkering done elsewhere than Beita & Co will nix your warranty, even for ring resizing Unless performed by a approved shop in your area!
